Though Oaxaca is known for its production of mezcal, Villa Alta Rum focuses on a different spirit to extend the area’s rich tradition of handmade artisanal goods. They hoped to reflect their carefully crafted rum with an equally clean design with a sense of place— the deep jungles and towering mountains of southern Mexico.
